Guns N’ Roses make their long-awaited return to the UK stage at this year’s Carling Weekend Festival alongside the Offspring, Jane’s Addiction and the Strokes.
Guns N’ Roses will headline the Leeds leg of the Carling Weekend Festival on Friday, 23rd August, topping a bill which also includes the Prodigy. Unfortunately, other commitments mean that Guns N’ Roses are unable to play at the Reading leg of the festival (on Sunday, 25th August) where they will be replaced by the Offspring.
Bands confirmed for both legs, taking place over the August Bank Holiday weekend (23rd –25th August), include the Strokes, Pulp, Weezer, the White Stripes, Jane’s Addiction, Mercury Rev, Foo Fighters, Less Than Jake, Andrew WK, NOFX, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Slipknot and Jane’s Addiction, the latter playing their first UK shows for a decade.
