Clones breaks $200 million mark, while Spider-Man climbs to number six on all time list.
Attack Of The Clones hung on to the top spot at the weekend, taking $61.2 million of the four-day holiday weekend. The movie also managed to break the $200 million mark, beating its predecessor The Phantom Menace to the double century by one day.
Spider-Man, meanwhile, became the sixth biggest movie of all time, pushing Forrest Gump into seventh place.
The week’s new movies, the thrillers Insomnia and Enough, and the animated Spirit: Stallion Of The Cimarron, all performed respectively but failed to worry the summer’s two big blockbusters.
